Your DPC membership includes: - Unlimited access with direct messaging with your provider - 1 extended visit and 1 quick follow up monthly - Extended appointment times - Chronic condition management - Preventative care and wellness planning - Medication management and refills - Lab testing, imaging, and referrals are coordinated locally when needed.
